1Services Provided

PNL Fibernet provides fiber-optic broadband internet connectivity services, including residential, student, business, and enterprise plans, subject to network availability and technical feasibility in your area.

2Eligibility & Registration

• Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including valid identity and address proof, as required under applicable telecom regulations.
• Customers must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to subscribe to services.
• PNL Fibernet reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where documentation or eligibility requirements are not met.

3Installation & Service Activation

• Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on technical feasibility, area accessibility, and infrastructure availability.
• Any applicable installation charges, security deposits, or equipment costs will be communicated to the customer prior to installation.
• Equipment provided by PNL Fibernet (routers, ONT devices, cabling) remains the property of the Company unless otherwise stated, and must be returned in good condition upon service termination, where applicable.

4Billing & Payments

• Customers agree to pay all applicable charges for their selected plan as per the billing cycle communicated at the time of subscription.
• Late or non-payment of dues may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice; existing customers will be informed of any plan or pricing changes in advance.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Company's Refund Policy, communicated separately or upon request.

5Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to use PNL Fibernet's services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
• Transmit malware, spam, or engage in network abuse that disrupts service for other users.
• Violate the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Company's network infrastructure or another user's connection.

6Service Availability & Limitations

While PNL Fibernet strives to maintain consistent, high-quality connectivity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times, due to factors including but not limited to network maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure issues.

Advertised speeds represent maximum achievable speeds under optimal conditions and may vary based on plan, device, network congestion, and external factors.

7Suspension & Termination

• PNL Fibernet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the network.
• Customers may request termination of services by providing notice as per the applicable notice period communicated at the time of subscription.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PNL Fibernet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inability to access the internet, except as required under applicable consumer protection or telecom regulations.

9Regulatory Compliance

PNL Fibernet operates in accordance with applicable licensing conditions and regulations prescribed by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws while using our services.

10Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India, subject to applicable consumer grievance redressal mechanisms under TRAI regulations.

11Amendments

PNL Fibernet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
